My Background

Dr. Pankaj Mittal completed his MBBS in 2007 from JLN Medical College, Ajmer and did MD in Psychiatry in 2013 from SMS Medical College and Psychiatric Center Jaipur which is one of the biggest mental health care institutions in Northern India. After completing MD in Psychiatry he joined Institute of National Importance All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Bhopal, where he was the founder member of department of Psychiatry. Thereafter he has been worked at SMS Medical College and Psychiatry Center Jaipur till he joined here at SDMH Jaipur.

He was the Co-Investigator in a large epidemiological study conducted by Ministry of health and Family Welfare, Government of India, National Mental Health Survey- NIMHANS (NMHS-NIMHANS) – 2015-16 for Madhya Pradesh State. He has been awarded prestigious Gehlot award for his research in conference of Indian Psychiatric Society-Rajasthan chapter in September 2012. 

My Interest

Dr. Pankaj holds numerous publications and researches in his account. Dr. Pankaj Mittal has his keen interest in Consultation Liaison Psychiatry, General Adult Psychiatry, male and female sexual disorders, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry and providing various therapies (like CBT, Psychotherapies, Biofeedback and rTMS) in different psychiatric disorders. He is highly interested in academic and research activities.

Miss Alisha Paul

Background

Alisha Paul have completed my M.A in clinical psychology in 2015 from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur (NAAC Accredited ‘A’ Grade State University) and did M. Phil. in Clinical Psychology in 2018 From Nai Subah  Institute Of Mental Health and Behavioural Sciences, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh . After completing M.phil, she joined Bhagwan Mahaveer Cancer Hospital & Research Institute, Jaipur. Thereafter was working in Gautam hospital and research center, working as a Clinical psychologist. Currently I am working in Department of Psychiatry at Santokba Durlabhji Memorial Hospital (SDMH), Jaipur.

She is having Extensive Active listening abilities and good communication skills, giving full attention to patients and taking time to understand their point of views. Having knowledge of psychometric testing like T.A.T, C.A.T, Rorschach, personality tests and Intelligence tests had experience with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and conditions.

Interests

She has keen interest in Child and Adolescent Psychology, Neuropsychology and Geropsychology, various assessments and providing various therapies (like CBT, DBT, Psychotherapies, supportive therapies sexual therapies and marital therapies) in different psychiatric disorders.
